The apartment was great overall, and the landlord/property manager is really easy to work with and very attentive. I only have one main complaint, and that might already be fixed. The bathroom flooded three times in 6 months. A brown water, that might have contained human excrement, exited the shower drain and spilled into the hallway. It required a 2-hour clean-up and the property manager would come each time to help. After the third instance, he finally got the Syndic company to have a plumber clear out the building's water pipe. So perhaps it's fixed, but only time will tell. The building is 300+ years old, and there are often problems in that building with water and pipes. |

Clark, I'm sorry that you had to deal with these water damages. I always made myself available in the hour to clean all the apartment and that each time, everything got back to normal on the very day. May I also add that there is a cleaning service and that linen is included in the rent once a month. Moreover, I only count 2 floods and not 3. |
