This fully furnished studio apartment is located in Odéon, in the heart of one of the trendiest and most popular districts of Paris, in the 6th arrondissement, close to Boulevard Saint Germain. The 18m2 basic but charming studio is located on the 6th French floor of a walk-up building dating from the 18th century. There is a digicode system for guest entry.
This studio is simply but charmingly furnished with all the necessities; the main room, with linoleum flooring, has a single size bed and a dresser, as well as a dining table and chairs. There is a mobile closet for storage.
The small open kitchen is equipped with two electric hot plates, an electric oven, a small fridge and a stainless steel sink. The cupboards and shelves contain dishes and utensils. There is also a coffee maker and a toaster. Additionally, the studio is equipped with an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a shower and sink, and there is a separate toilet.
The living room window has northern exposure, while the kitchen is exposed east, both giving charming views of the Parisian rooftops from a 6th-floor vantage point; sliding blinds add privacy.
The heater, as well as the water heater are electric.
This furnished studio is located on the Rue Mazarine in the Odéon neighborhood, found in Paris' 6th arrondissement. The Seine River is within walking distance, only 250 meters away (about 2 blocks), where you can admire the view of the Louvre just on the other side of the river. Enjoy shopping at the daily open air market of the Rue de Buci, also only 250 meters from the apartment; there is also a supermarket just across the street from the building as well. The nearby Boulevard Saint Germain (2 blocks) is lined with fashion shops and restaurants, and just down the street from the building is Café Procope, frequented by the French philosopher Voltaire. There are plenty of cultural opportunities in this area: there are at least 4 art galleries within half a block, and plenty of antique shops.
The closest metro station is Odéon (lines 4, 10).

The flat is a Parisian gem. Despite how small it is and the seven flights of stairs it takes to get there, the flat is very charming. The apartment comes well equipped and the owner very kind and accommodating. The views are lovely and in the mornings the bells from the local churches ring through the flat. It is sunny and quiet place to stay and call home for a few days or weeks. |

This apartment really put me in the best spot in Paris to see the main sites and get around easily to all the arrondissements in general. I spent four months there and didn't even buy a Navigo metro pass! |

This apartment is in a great location and has probably the best owner in Paris. Convenient, clean, safe, well-stocked, and a general attention to detail and concern for comfort that lasted throughout my stay. |

I would happily stay in this apartment again!! While small, it is cute and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is amazing as well...I absolutely adore the neighborhood. Not only is it filled with charming shops and cafes, but it is also incredibly central. |
